Vision

…is a preferred picture of the future that produces a passion for today and answers the question “What If?”

Diversity

What if… a “unity in diversity” mindset could be celebrated in such a way that the mayor, city council members, and those who call Loveland home could truly lean into and leverage each others’ gifts, passions, and competencies for the common good?

Civility

What if… those who are elected to public office could see themselves as servants of and for the people, treating everyone dignity, value, and respect, engaging in civil discourse and debate where differences exist, and laying aside personal preferences leading to great decisions for the betterment of its people?

Curiosity

– What if…those elected to city council could invoke genuine care and curiosity from those who live and work in Loveland inciting greater involvement and better understanding of the issues that challenge us and thus becoming a part of solutions that work?

Destiny

What if… individuals and families, businesses, non-profit organizations and churches could truly be empowered to better understand their unique God-given calling and wield it to the advancement and prosperity of our city, state and entire nation?
